I studied at the University of Lausanne<\/a> and Fribourg<\/a> in Sports Science. Afterwards, I trained in the methods of MovNat, Fighting Monkey and also Ido Portal whose method I follow for my sports coaching.<\/p>\n I work as a sports teacher in the primary schools of the city of Sion.<\/p>\n Working with classes of 20 or more students, I have found that it is not always possible to overcome the physical difficulties of some students. Therefore, sports coaching for one person or a small group, allows me to focus on this lack and on individual progress.
